TERMS & CONDITIONS
Krungsri GE bonus point accumulation
  1. For every 20 Baht charged on your credit card, issued by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited (the “Company”), you will earn 1 Krungsri GE bonus point. The points will be automatically accumulated and shown on monthly billing statement.
    Krungsri GE Platinum credit card will receive 2 Krungsri GE bonus points for every 20 Baht spent overseas. The points will be automatically accumulated and shown on monthly billing statement
  2. Krungsri GE bonus points will be calculated from any purchase of goods or services, both domestic and overseas, cash advance, the purchase of special promotion merchandise, additional money payment for Krungsri GE bonus point redemptions, cash advance fee and utility payments. The purchase of AJF mutual fund, credit card replacement fee, late payment fee, penalty fee, and interest are excluded from the calculation of Krungsri GE bonus points.
  3. The calculation of Krungsri GE bonus will include the spending of all supplementary cards and the points will be accumulated and shown in billing statement of the primary card.
  4. Krungsri GE bonus points will be automatically calculated every month based the total spending as shown in the billing statement. There is no expiration of the Krungsri GE bonus points.
  5. All new card members will be automatically enrolled in the Krungsri GE bonus program.
  6. The redemption catalog will expire on June 30th, 2007. The Company reserves the right to reject any request of redemption where the redemption from has been sent after the above expiration date. (In case of facsimiles the date appeared on the fax will be deemed the request date. In case of prepaid postage, the date stamped on such postage will be deemed the request date.)

Redemption of Merchandise/ Services

  1. Card members may choose either one of the two methods of redemption below:
    1. Using full points required for free redemption of the merchandise
    2. Using partial points and paying the balance required for redemption of the merchandise.
  2. In case of the redemption under Section 1.2, an additional payment will be charged to the card member’s account, which will be shown in the billing statement.
  3. Only the primary card members are eligible for the redemption.
  4. All points from all types of Krungsri GE credit cards under the same name and last name can be combined to redeem for the merchandise/ services.
  5. To redeem merchandise, the card members must complete the redemption form available in the redemption catalog and send it to the Company by pre-paid mail or fax to 0-2646-3601.
  6. In case of redemption for an air ticket, package tour or hotel voucher, the card member is required to contact relevant establishments for advance reservation and confirm the service before submitting the redemption form. The voucher will be delivered to the card members within 4 weeks thereafter.
  7. The Company reserves the right to reject any request for any change after the receipt of the redemption form.
  8. Krungsri GE bonus points cannot be exchanged for nor transferred to other card members.
  9. Use of redemption of points for merchandise is reserved exclusively for all card members whose status remains valid.  Those card members whose accounts have outstanding balance not eligible for this program. 
  10. Should card members wish to terminate their memberships, any redemption must be made at least 30 days prior to membership termination date and is restricted to redemption by full bonus points only.

Delivery of the merchandise

  1. The Company will inform the manufacturer, the distributor to deliver the merchandise to the address specified in redemption form.  This delivery within Thailand is free of charge.  Where necessary, the card member may be requested to present the voucher in exchange for the merchandise at the address specified in the catalog.
  2. The merchandise will be delivered to the card member either by the manufacturer or distributor within 4 weeks after the Company receiving the redemption form. In case of merchandise shortage or upon expiration of Krungsri GE Bonus catalog, the delivery may take longer time than those specified and card members will be informed by letters.
  3. The card members must check the merchandise upon receipt in order to verify that merchandise is in good condition.
  4. The Company reserves the right to refuse a return or a replacement of the merchandise once the merchandise has been delivered and accepted by the card member. In case there is a product guarantee offered by the suppliers or manufacturers, the card member must follow services terms and conditions as specified by such suppliers or manufacturers.
  5. For travel related products, the card member is requested to review and comply with the rules pertaining to the traveling schedules of any relevant travel service company. The Company shall not be responsible for such service, and the service does not include personal expenses or any other application fees such as visa, passport, airport tax, etc.

Redemption of Frequent Flyer Miles

  1. To transfer Krungsri GE bonus point to miles, the card members must complete the redemption form in the catalog and send it to the Company either by pre-paid mail or fax to 0-2646-3601
  2. Two Krungsri GE bonus points can be exchanged for one Royal Orchid Plus mile. In transferring Krungsri GE bonus points to Royal Orchid Plus miles, points must be used in multiple of 2,000 and with the minimum of 6,000 points for each transfer.
  3. The card member who wishes to convert Krungsri GE bonus points to Royal Orchid Plus miles must be a valid member of the Royal Orchid Plus program. The program entrance fee shall be borne by the card members.
  4. Once Krungsri GE bonus points are redeemed for Royal Orchid Plus miles, the redeemed miles cannot be converted back to Krungsri GE bonus points. The Company shall not be responsible for the converted points to miles or any actions taken by the airlines.
  5. The process of redeeming miles may takes 2-3 weeks to complete. The card member has to ensure that there is enough time for the Company to process the request.
  6. The redemption of miles is subject to Royal Orchid Plus terms and conditions.
  7. The redemption of Royal Orchid Plus mile program is valid until 31 August 2009

Other conditions

  1. The Krungsri GE Reward catalog is valid from April 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007
  2. The Company reserves the right to change, cancel, amend, conditions, point, term and/or make any necessary modification to the merchandise and information provided in this catalog as deemed appropriate.
  3. The Company reserves the right to adjust Krungsri GE bonus points for the purposes of correction in case of any error in the calculation, as a result of system malfunction and/or other causes. The correct accumulated Krungsri GE bonus points shall be shown in the next monthly statement.
  4.  In case the requested merchandise is out of stock and/or no longer available, the Company reserves the right to select a replacement product of similar product with equal quality and value without advance notification.
  5. All merchandise shown in this Krungsri GE bonus catalog is inclusive of VAT (Value-Added-Tax).
  6. The Company is not involve in supplying or selling merchandise. In case of any defect in merchandise and/or services, the card members shall directly contact the suppliers and/ or manufacturers at telephone numbers specified in the catalog.
  7. The Company reserves the right to make final decision at its own and absolute discretion in case of any error and/or mistake occurred from publishing process.
  8. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the Krungsri GE bonus program at any time. In such case, the card members will be notified in advance.
  9. The card members may request for additional copies of Krungsri GE bonus catalog with the charge of 100 baht for each copy through card members’ account.

The card members who wish to redeem his/her points may do so by filling out Krungsri GE bonus redemption form enclosed in this catalog and send it to the Company. by pre-paid mail or faxed to 0-2646-3601
