For Employee

Primary Card Applicants

1. 15,000 Baht minimum monthly income for Classic Card applicant and 30,000 Baht for Gold Card applicant
2. Job longevity more than 1 year
3. Home or office telephone number must be provided

Requisite Documents

1. A photocopy of I.D. 
2. A photocopy of household registration (First page and the page where the applicant’s name appears)
3. A copy of latest computerized payroll slip or salary letter certified by the employer
4. A copy of bank statement showing salary payment for the previous 6 months

For Business Owners and Self-Employed

1. Bank statement showing at least 100,000 Baht monthly turnover for Classic Card applicant and 270,000 Baht for Gold Card applicant
2. Business registration longevity more than 1 year
3. Home or office telephone number must be provided

Requisite Documents for Primary Card Applicants

1. A photocopy of I.D.
2. A photocopy of household registration (First page and the page where the applicant’s name appears)
3. A copy of enterprise registration or trade registration, showing the applicant’s name
4. A copy of bank statement for the previous 6 months and the page indicating the account's name and number. In case of company’s bank statement, please submit shareholder list.

Supplementary Card Applicants: A copy of I.D.

Foreigner Applicant’s Qualification

1. For Employee:  50,000 Baht minimum monthly income
2. For Self-Employed: Bank statement showing at least 350,000 Baht monthly turnover during the previous 6 months
3. Job longevity or business longevity: 3 years up
4. Work permit must be valid at least 6 months

Requisite Documents for Primary Card Applicants

1. A copy of passport
2. A copy of work permit
3. A copy of your latest Computerized Payroll Slip or Salary Certification Letter from your employer
4. A copy of bank statement for at least the previous 6 months or a copy of enterprise registration, showing the applicant’s name (for self-employed)

Supplementary Card Applicant: A photocopy of I.D./A copy of Passport
